weemote Remote Control for Kids

weemote: parental control made easy. I imagine it only works for wee ones. Hence the name. If you’ve got teens, you’re probably out of luck. There is no such thing as a parental control device (of any sort) for teens. Hey, I was once a teen. I know what I’m talking about.
“The weemote® TV remote for kids allows parents to set a specific set of channels for their children to watch - all other channels are then automatically blocked from the weemote®. Our weemote® uses a control method based on the simple process of inclusion, i.e. you set a limited number of channels and all others are automatically blocked. Our inclusion approach makes the weemote® easier to setup then other parental control solutions available in TV’s and Set-Top devices. These devices typically force you to exclude all inappropriate channels which is time consuming and complex using security PIN codes to override settings for adults. And most importantly, all these methods still leave the child with trying to use a complex, multi-function remote control. weemote® also makes control easier for children as each channel is pre-set on to a specific button.”
