Sushi Timer

I love sushi, and salmon roe sushi (ikura) happens to be one of my favorite pieces.

So of course I’ve fallen in love with this Egg Sushi Timer. I’m getting hungry, just looking at the picture.

And it reminds me of the way restaurants in Japan always have those gorgeous plastic displays of the food on their menus - when I visited there, I found this absolutely irresistable and as a result, my memories of Japan are filled with lots and lots of really good food.

Including salmon roe sushi.
