Some nights I need help falling asleep, but unfortunately, I don’t know if something like the Twilight Mini Ultra Blue Light Therapy lamp would work for me. You leave it on for 30 to 60 minutes before falling asleep, and the thing is, I need to have a dark room to fall asleep in!

But if it did work, it would be wonderful. Much better than swallowing a sleeping aid - those things keep me sleepy even twelve hours later.
