This would be a much better alternative to loads of pain killers. About a year ago my husband had a chronic condition in his knee flair up big time and the poor guy was out of commission for the better part of three weeks. During that time he was on a lot of painkillers and they made him pretty wonky. This would have been a better alternative to all those strong pain killers.
