Ok, where was this gadget when I worked a day job and fought to drag my butt out of bed every morning? This brilliant gadget, the Sleeptracker watch, actually monitors your sleep patterns and wakes you up when your body is naturally coming out of a deep sleep. For me there’s nothing worse than when you are in that deep, deep, dreaming kind of sleep and the alarm clock goes off. Talk about a bad way to start the day. Imagine how refreshed you’d feel if you could wake up more naturally, when your body was ready for it.

Now one of my first thoughts is that you will have to make sure you’re going to bed at a decent time and allowing your body to get enough sleep. If you can’t reach that light sleep time naturally it’s probably because you’re not getting enough rest. I’d probably set another alarm clock the first few times I used this (just in case) but I’m super curious to see if this Sleeptracker watch actually helps you start the day feeling more refreshed.

“This amazing watch helps you wake up refreshed and alert! The SLEEPTRACKER® watch monitors your body, waking you during a light sleep stage so you feel refreshed and alert. No more morning grogginess! Just set the alarm for a window of time and wear the watch to bed. Its internal motion detector tracks the restless movements that signal light sleep, so the alarm can wake you when it’s easiest for your body to wake up. Plus, you can upload your data to your PC. Easy-to-use software helps you track factors that influence sleep, like meal times, exercise and alcohol intake. Backlit watch shows the time and date, and the alarm can be set to ring, vibrate or both. Slim design won’t interfere with your sleep. USB cable and software included.”
Do you have trouble waking up in the morning? If so are there any devices or tricks you use to get your butt out of bed on time?
