1GB iPod Nano Apple has released a new iPod Nano with 1GB of storage. The new storage capacity means the new Nano can hold up to 240 songs or 150,000 photos.

It will sell for $149. Apple also announced that the price of the iPod Shuffle will drop to $69 for the iPod Shuffle with 512MB and $99 for the 1GB model.

There’s some speculation as to whether eventually the Shuffle will become obsolete, since it won’t cost too much more to get the Nano with the same storage capacity and the ability to view photos. But if you’re wanting one for the music, the Shuffle sounds like it’ll be a really nice deal.
